Advocate for yourself - especially when it comes to health and healing!


Yes, it is impossible for everyone to know everything, and best to seek out those skilled and knowledgeable. It is your responsibility to advocate for yourself. When you are presented with options, avoid defaulting to say, "Whatever you think is best." You know best. Take some to think about and contemplate the options that have been presented to you and determine which one works better for you.


You live in your body everyday. Not the doctor or practitioner you are consulting with. They can tell you most common scenarios and how things may come out, but each person is unique and responds somewhat differently.


For over 30 years, my mission has been to empower people to take their health back into their own hands. I have gained a lot knowledge, and learned how to communicate with people's bodies and energy systems, but ultimately, you are the healer, you heal yourself. I am only the facilitator guiding you and your body along on your personal healing journey.


Our bodies have the innate wisdom to heal from everything - yes everything and anything!!! The most powerful tools are the mind (notice I said mind and not brain - they are not the same) and the breath.


What's needed everyday are movement, good food, fresh air, sunshine and time in nature.
